Q: What happens when an Arizona-based rapper and an Irish indie rock artist collaborate for the second time?

A: He doesn’t rap and it’s not indie rock.

Following on the huge success of their first collaborative venture, “BREAKING THROUGH“, JoeliD and A Band Called Paul team up once again to produce something quite original and unique. Where “Breaking Through” showcased a blend of the two artists’ respective comfort zones as a fusion rap and indie rock, on “I Believe” they each step way, way outside of their comfort zones.

With this new release, composed and recorded once again at a distance of over 5,000 miles apart, the pair have produced a fully-sung hybrid form of gospel, reggae and world music. And it’s not what you might expect.

There again, we’re always different.

I BELIEVE” is released exclusively on Bandcamp from Friday 6th August, 2001 and comes to all major digital and streaming platforms (including Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal etc.) from Wednesday August 18th. Stay tuned for more details.
